August 6th 2023 and a gathering was again held in Wollongong to remember the dreadful bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The world saw the death and destruction caused by Nuclear weapons for the first time, some argue they were needed to end the war while some argue the war was over. The misery and profit caused by all wars needs to be properly examined, would we have so many wars if it was not profitable ?
Thanks to David W for some of these images.
